• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• To process a claim, please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Please note:
• Because each item is made and fulfilled per order, we do not accept returns or refunds for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
• Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
• In most cases, returns are not required. If a return is needed, we will provide instructions.
